Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all's merchandises!

You may return items or package with its original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. If the return is not result of our error, the shipping and handling charge will be charged even though shipping & handling were free when customer placed the order. Please be informed that can process returns and refunds only for item(s) purchased from You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally within 7 to 12 business days of our receiving your return. (We only accept returns through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!).

For Returned Package(s)
We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that are caused by the customers.

We will re-send the package(s) and the customer will be charged full price of Shipping & Handling for re-sending the package(s). Customer may cancel the order(s) due to returned package(s) but the shipping & handling charge would remain at full price.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after we receive returned the damaged or defective product (No additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments). Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacement. Refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used. 

When returning package(s), customer must contact YoungNslim via e-mail only for Return Authorization Number and must follow the YoungNslim's instruction on how to return the package (We will not accept any phone calls and returned package(s) without return authorization number). Please be informed that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. (We accept returns through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!)

Special order or Backorder
Special orders or backordered item(s) are re-stocked within approx. 3-4 weeks (Times can vary). You will be notified of your special order or backorder status within 30 days of your inquiry. (We will send you an update via email.)

Credit Card Safety Protection
YoungNslim uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. All your transactions are secured by a 128-Bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer. Your credit card or private information will not be released to anyone. You may also fax or email your card information to us.

Shipping & Handling
All ordered item(s) will be shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours of receipt of your order (only if your order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time, during business days excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays).

If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Guam, shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and region.  Purchaser will need to provide the product name, quantity, and address in order for us to estimate the shipping price.

If in need of faster shipment other than UPS ground and prefer Second Day Order,  the shipping costs will vary, so please contact us so we may provide an estimate for the shipping costs.

Sales Tax
If the received address is located in California, Orange County's sales tax rate of 7.75% will be applied.

Carrier Service
YoungNslim uses UPS as a carrier service. Because UPS provides full tracking information, is reliable and guarantees great services we can depend on. Please be aware that the carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery and to protect both the customers and YoungNslim.

YoungNslim uses USPS service upon customer's request only, and YoungNslim is not responsible for package(s) sent via USPS, unless that package has been insured.
