1998: "Health Generation, LLC." was established by Dr. Kevin Kim and Dr. Steven Johnson. Developed and manufactured many non-prescription medicines, health aids, and health/skin care products.
2001: The company was changed from LLC. to INC. The business was named "Fresh & Alternative, Inc.” Dr. Kevin Kim became the president of the business.
2009: Departmentalized the company into three separate businesses, considering growth of the company and the specificity of each field.
